As a member of the Global HCWF Strategy and Programs team (Global HCWF Team), you will help translate nursing insights into transformational program solutions, assets, and communications, and measure our collective impact. The role will report to the Director of Global Nursing Initiatives, Global Health Equity.You will support J&J collaboration with leaders and partners from across the world, as you engage cross-functional global nursing and health equity team members and leaders from across J&J Innovative Medicine and J&J MedTech and make a lasting difference by engaging and learning from NGOs, multilateral health organizations, foundations, private sector innovators, and others.Joining our team means being part of something bigger than yourself. • Support J&J multi-faceted National Nurses month activation.
• Execution of global nursing media, digital initiatives, and content platforms. To include supporting the development and lead execution of content for Notes on Nursing e-newsletter and SEE YOU NOW podcast.
• J&J engagement and activations at global nursing conferences and internal and external advisory boards, to include conference execution (content development, speaker enrollment, contracting, etc.).
• Support of global nursing business planning and long-range financial planning across the various functions in the Global HCWF Team.\rSupport internal alignment, partnership, and communications across health equity leaders at J&J, and externally

  • Represent the Global Nursing Initiatives team in select collaboration meetings within the broader J&J GHE organization
  • Support team Senior Manager with analytics across owned platforms including website, social, NON and SEE YOU NOW
  • Support internal J&J communications Team and Global Nursing Team Senior Manager to develop and socialize communications on global nursing to J&J employees and external partners\rManage day to day operations between J&J and global nursing organizations and marketing and media agencies executing J&J global nursing strategies and plans.
