Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Insurance Expert to support their
healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage expertise in US Insurance Billing to create educational
content and resources
Serve as the escalation resource for complex billing issues and
ensure timely resolution
Conduct bi-weekly office hours to support the customer billing
community and address queries
Required Qualifications
Experience as a biller in the US, preferably in Physical Therapy,
Chiropractic, or Acupuncture
Knowledge of provider credentialing, eligibility checks, and claims
submission processes
Experience in educating others in Medical Billing/Coding or as a
Credentialing Specialist
Familiarity with billing requirements for Commercial, BCBS,
Medicaid, and Medicare
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain
up-to-date knowledge of billing changes
