HR Generalist/HR Data Reporting
Job Description:
Provide HR support to HR Leadership team and their business groups.
Looking for someone who has the ability and passion to analyze HR
data and metrics and identify trends/patterns through creating
spreadsheets.
1+ year experience in HR (generalist or data/report writing) Must
be detail orientated with a strong customer service orientation.
Must display initiative to learn and apply new concepts/processes,
and to improve current processes.
Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to
confidential/sensitive requests & handle confidential information
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables, and to
work in a demanding environment Strong interpersonal, verbal &
written communication skills.
Respond to routine HR questions and to general internal customer
requests
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, with an
intermediate level ability in document/spreadsheet/presentation
creation.
Generate, route, and file required documents Proficiency in e-mail,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
