Join us!RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain the assigned client relationships, including U.S subsidiaries of Chinese companies, through coordination of regular client pitching, working closely with global and regional corporate banking teams and product partners.
  • Drive a primary product set which includes credit & risk management, cash management, liquidity, and treasury (including sweeping and pooling structures), trade solutions, debt capital raising, leasing, and global markets/hedging.
  • Work with in-country, regional, global banking, and credit teams to manage credit exposure, capital commitments, and returns.
  • Liaise with Risk & Wholesale Credit partners to manage credit risk of the client portfolio.
  • Review credit agreements and indentures to analyze covenants, baskets, and other relevant restrictions.
  • Participate in client meetings, portfolio planning sessions, and product partner meetings and be able to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs and structure appropriate product solutions and comprehensive banking product offerings.
  • Conduct deal execution, work on a broad scope of assignments and transactions across acquisition financing, M&A, syndicated credit facilities, debt capital markets transactions, equity, and convertible notes issuances.
  • Deliver financial, industry, and economic analyses, research, and other activities to facilitate client selection and other decision-making.
  • Prepare pitch books, meeting materials, ad hoc research reports, and other client presentations.
  • Navigate complex internal organization and conduct internal processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer assignments.REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in any related field; and
    • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
    • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Identifying revenue opportunities, generating ideas and solutions to meet client needs and structuring appropriate product solutions and comprehensive banking product offerings;
    • Conducting deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments and transactions across acquisition financing, M&A, syndicated credit facilities, debt capital markets transactions, equity, and convertible notes issuances;
    • Delivering financial, industry, and economic analyses, research, and other activities to facilitate client selection and other decision-making;
    • Preparing pitch books, meeting materials, ad hoc research reports, and other client presentations; and,
    • Navigating complex internal organization and conduct internal processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer assignments.
