Overview
Job Purpose ICE is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to
join its marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Operations
Director, this individual will be responsible for the tactical
support of management and execution of day-to-day workflows and
technologies to realize the successful day-to-day operations of
marketing. The right candidate will be well versed in process
improvement, gathering requirements, technical writing, project or
budget management tools, reporting & analytics, resource
allocation, marketing technologies and supporting a marketing
organization. In addition to supporting day-to-day marketing
operations, this role will serve as the primary facilitator of
ensuring vendor agreements are effectively addressed by the team,
and that they adhere to the overall marketing budget and
procurement processes. Responsibilities Process & Workflow
coordination
- Document processes and procedures within marketing
- Analyze, interpret and recommend changes to marketing
procedures
- Evaluate technologies, tools, and resources to determine fit or
ability to address requirements
- Manage internal tools to centralize communication to the
marketing org
- Coordinate business requests across systems such as digital
asset management and project management tools
- Implement technology changes where appropriate to improve team
efficiency
- Track and coordinate execution of vendor agreements
- Manage regular reporting for marketing operations
- Coordinate and support marketing services in project or request
intake and prioritization
- Assign requests to available resources and establish delivery
dates based on overall demand
- Organize planning calendars
- Collaborate with team leaders on scheduling of communication,
event, or delivery dates
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication
of project timelines and dependenciesKnowledge and Experience
- Bachelors' Degree required
- 3+ years progressive experience in operations, business
analysis or process management
- 3+ years' experience in traffic coordination or project
management
- 5+ years in using software like Visio, Smartsheet, or MS
project to define process flow
- 3+ years using formal project management tools
- 3+ years in analyzing and presenting engagement or operational
metrics
- Well versed in various marketing technologies across technology
stack from events management, to CRM, to visual design.
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A passion for problem solving

work from home flexibility of one day per week. New York Base
Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in
New York City is between 80,000 - 123,600 USD. The base salary
range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive
compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at
ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of
