Job Description:
Job Description As a product quality engineer, you'll be
responsible for inspection and final sell off of military grade
hardware to our DoD customers. This will include final inspection
of hardware and complete review of all documents associated with
the assembly, manufacturing and testing of the product. You will
verify contractual requirements to ensure that the product is fully
compliant to all of the customer contractual flow downs. You will
have the opportunity to sell-off a variety of products to a diverse
group of customers all while being supported by a skilled group of
quality team members.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of
experienceKnowledge of precautions for handling electrostatic
discharge (ESD) sensitive devices.Knowledge of requirements for
handling moisture sensitive devices.Knowledge of military and
workmanship standards including MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534 and
IPC-A-610 for military applications.Work from specifications,
drawings, process instructions, engineering change orders, written
and verbal instruction to inspect components subassemblies and
assemblies against required quality standards such as IPC Standards
and J-Standard (i.e., proper component orientation, masking,
soldering, conformal coating, etc.).Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
Secret clearance (Preferred but not
required).Refer/document unusual inspection problems to
supervision, lead or Project Quality Engineer.Examines layout and
installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware, and
components to detect assembly errors.Work from specifications,
drawings, process instructions, engineering change orders, written
and verbal instruction to inspect components subassemblies and
assemblies against required quality standards such as IPC Standards
and J-Standard (i.e., proper component orientation, masking,
soldering, conformal coating, etc.).Pay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $82440 - $140160Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
