Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer who
will help customers optimize their use of the platform and ensure
alignment with business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Trusted Advisor, providing technical guidance on platform
integration
Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with business
strategies
Conduct health checks and provide actionable recommendations for
technical success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 8 years in a solution or technical architect role focused
on IAM solutions
Experience with hosted platforms, including cloud IaaS, PaaS, and
SaaS
Proficiency with IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and identity
providers
Experience in a technical customer-facing position at a software
company
