Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to build impactful
AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the full product development lifecycle for new platform
capabilities and experiences
Utilize AI/ML products to automate internal tools and enhance
product efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs
and iterate on solutions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in
Python
Direct experience with LLMs and AI/ML technologies for automation
and agentic tools
Ability to quickly build and ship functioning prototypes
Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools and APIs
Bonus points for knowledge of embeddings/vector databases, RAG,
evals, observability, and prompt engineering
