Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Design Product Manager to
enhance customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with analytics and customer experience teams to gather
insights and identify customer pain points
Optimize customer experience and first contact resolution across
digital and CFAR-assisted servicing capabilities
Collaborate with technology and service delivery teams to develop
and implement solutions for customer identification and
authentication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset and digital savviness
Familiarity with customer service and customer experience
domains
Strong sense of accountability and ownership of business
results
