Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager- Assessment Automation located in Raritan, NJ or in Beerse, Belgium.\rThe Sr. Manager, Assessment Automation, is responsible for identifying opportunities for automation in the cybersecurity risk assessment area, defining requirements for the targeted automations, testing and verifying the implementation, and supporting the transition of the automations into assessment processes and services.\rKey Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current cybersecurity assessment processes and methodologies and, in collaboration with the Assessment Team, identify opportunities for automation.
• Vet opportunities with management, with supporting business case.
• Develop requirements for targeted automations for delivery to implementation teams.
• Test and vet the automation solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Partner with the GRC Solutions team and the Assessment team to successfully transition the automations into the assessment processes.
• Develop metrics and perform monitoring to ensure automations are delivering the documented business value.
• Maintain strong working relationships with team members in the Cybersecurity Assessment Team, Risk Management team, Automation team, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity assessment processes, GRC tool capabilities, and emerging approaches for cyber automations.
• Support special projects to enhance the risk assessment function.\r\r
