design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor designers while fostering client
relationships
Oversee projects related to brand identity, packaging, and digital
applications
Direct and contribute to the creative vision and design
execution
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of professional experience in branding and consumer
packaged goods
Experience in print, digital, and brand activation design
Proficiency in conceptual brand storytelling and design systems
Bachelor's degree in a graphic design-related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
