Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager,
Representation in Clinical Research (RISE), Global Public
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and execution of RISE strategy and goals,
overseeing delivery of KPIs and metrics
Lead projects that support inclusive research principles and manage
the RISE Summer Internship program
Coordinate internal and external engagements with stakeholders and
support communication plans to demonstrate RISE's value and
impact
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of related
experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related
experience
2 years of work experience in a life sciences company or
health-related field
2 years of project management or coordination experience
Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and clinical
research operations principles
Strong interest in public health, health equity, and related
fields
