A company is looking for an Associate, Revenue Cycle Case &
Escalation Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex client issues by collaborating with
internal and external stakeholders
Analyze operational data to identify patterns and trends, providing
actionable insights
Influence service roadmaps by developing comprehensive business
cases for improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in medical billing or US healthcare, or a demonstrated
ability to learn quickly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Excel and/or other business tools
Experience in manipulating large data sets to identify root causes
and trends
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and
independently
