A company is looking for a Vice President / General Manager,
Commercial & Industrial Field Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company
goals
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational
efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage P&L, identify risks and opportunities, and allocate
resources effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,
Operations, or related field
10+ years of operations management experience in a large,
decentralized service-based business
P&L management experience
Project Management Certification
Hands-on project budget experience
