A company is looking for a Lead Company Operations Manager to drive operational rigor and support strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual planning process and facilitate the development of company goals and strategies
Prepare board materials and execute quarterly business reviews to assess performance and align on strategies
Manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution


Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role supporting diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Proficiency in G Suite, especially spreadsheets
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
