Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Security Program Manager to drive company-wide Information Security programs.



Key Responsibilities

Initiate and lead alignment on program scope, planning, and execution with cross-functional teams
Conduct Steering Committee meetings to address program issues and drive business goals
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and provide ongoing visibility to program status


Required Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
9+ years of industry experience in Security/Technical Program Management
Hands-on experience in Software Engineering or Security Engineering
Strong experience using data for informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
