Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Le Pain Quotidien
- South End Avenue. As a key member of our management team, you
will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant
operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving
business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of
restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
management.
- Provide consistent execution and exemplary service to our
guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Direct the Front of House team to ensure all opening, mid, and
closing procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized
restaurant environment.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and retain a successful team,
focusing on talent development and employee engagement.
- Train, coach, and mentor all team members, promoting a culture
of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure completion of food safety checklists, maintaining a safe
and healthy work environment.
- Manage and maintain food cost, troubleshooting any issues that
may arise, and drive sales growth through effective inventory
control.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, COGs, and inventory control,
providing accurate financial reporting and insights.Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a
restaurant with comparable steps of service and volume.
- Toast POS, Clover, or similar POS experience.
- Previous experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and
COGs strongly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or Arabic a plus.Benefits
