with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service,
Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership
experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo
Foods North American portfolio.The D3 team is a full-service
creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America
business, working on iconic brands like Lay's, Doritos, Tostitos,
Smartfood, Cap'n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).We're
seeking one highly conceptual, high-performing Art Director to join
our growing team. As an Art Director at D3, you'll brainstorm
ideas, create concepts, and collaborate with copywriters to develop
messaging for everything from brand equity campaigns to buzzworthy
stunts. You'll also partner with our social team to produce
engaging content across multiple brands and audiences.In this role,
you'll also develop visual identities, refine aesthetics, explore
design languages, and craft layouts for various projects, including
print, web, mobile, video, and social media. You'll work closely
with creative, account, strategy, and social teams to bring your

1 Art Director position. The brands these positions will cover are
as follows:* Tostitos, Smartfood, Santitas and Marias
GamesaResponsibilities* Interpret creative briefs to develop and
produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands*
Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences,
through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews
with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings* Craft original
looks and designs across a range of media* Work within established
brand guidelines to create new and fresh designs for existing
brands* Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative
staff from concept development to delivery of final product*
Present concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to
client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches
on occasion* Revise designs based on internal and client
feedback/direction* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication
and industry trendsCompensation & Benefits:* The expected
compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000*
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education
will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your
recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the
hiring process* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target
payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually* Paid time off
subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation,
sick, and bereavement* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a

PlanQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic
Design, or related discipline* Minimum 2-3 years professional art
direction experience with solid portfolio of work - featuring film,
stunts and social* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short
turnaround times* Ability to work independently and with a team to
meet deadlines* Excellent organizational skill and multitasking
ability* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro and
Creative Cloud* Social media or content marketing experience*
