With a relentless dedication to leveraging the latest advancements, we guide our clients in taking their health to the next level!Your ImpactThe General Manager will ensure the execution of smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments, enabling Next Health to provide the highest level of customer service and achieve financial success.Job DescriptionAs General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying as proactive and a self-starter, capable of providing worry transfer to the Executive Team.
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and executing a strong relationship with the Human Resources Department regarding all employee relations.
  • Overseeing and managing all compliance, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the execution of smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments through excellent leadership.
  • Aligning with Next Health's core values and mission, assuring adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy at all times.
  • Ensuring that all patient care and services meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards.
  • Providing oversight to all employees in the facility, including but not limited to: Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Assistant General Manager, Sr. Health Hacker, Health Hacker.
  • Maintaining positive team morale at all times.
  • Managing the financial performance of the facility and developing budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Staying up to date on legal compliance & safety regulations and evolving safety measures.
  • Providing location-specific, self-generated business in partnership with the sales and marketing division.
  • Responsible for the active development of team members and the execution of consistent employee reviews & all required performance evaluations.
  • Collaborating with other leaders in the company to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Interfacing with HR to facilitate hiring & recruiting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that the facility maintains a safe and secure environment for all patients and staff.
  • Taking personal responsibility to ensure a positive customer-centric environment and resolving all customer issues expeditiously.
  • Holding self and others to the highest level of professionalism in line with Next Health standards.
  • Facilitating community outreach and engagement.
  • Overseeing presentation and maintenance of the facility to ensure everything is aesthetically pleasing and in proper working order.
  • Holding all staff members accountable for their responsibilities and providing positive affirmations, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.What to ExpectIn this role, you can expect to:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Oversee and manage staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure that all patient care and services meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the facility.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the company to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the facility maintains a safe and secure environment for all patients and staff.What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality management, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Possesses self-initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve internal & external conflicts.
  • Ability to work with peers, supervisors, patients, and physicians.
  • Amazing customer service skills.
  • Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Inherent outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Ability to proactively identify & resolve operational issues before they arise.
