  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Valid CPR License
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times Job Responsibilities:
    • Collecting patient care data and recording patient progress
    • Preparing and conducting patient evaluations
