Your role will focus on supporting patients daily needs administering medications and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care of patients including bathing dressing and feeding while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed monitoring patients for side effects and effectiveness.
• Observe and record patients vital signs symptoms and changes in condition reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records (EHR).
• Work closely with registered nurses physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management medication usage and preventive care strategies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families fostering a compassionate care environment.Requirements
  • Completion of a practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state LPN license and current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
