qualified NICU RN in Montclair, New Jersey, 07042 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Neonatal
Intensive Care (NICU) Level III, IV Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Information not
provided Experience: 2 to 3 years of Level III NICU experience
License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Information not
provided Must-Have: Must be willing to work every other weekend and
2 out of 3 winter holidays; flexible schedules to accommodate the
unit; 50-mile travel radius. Job Description: - Provide specialized
nursing care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity NICU
setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and
implement individualized care plans. - Utilize advanced medical
technology to monitor and assist with the health and development of
infants. - Educate and support families through the care process,
addressing any questions or concerns. - Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of NICU procedures and practices, and participate in
ongoing training and module completion. - Demonstrate flexibility
in scheduling to meet the needs of the unit. - Adhere to all health
