Role OverviewDavid Protein is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our R&D team in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing experiments, collecting data, and contributing to product development.Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop new products, including ingredient weigh-up and product formation.
• Collect and analyze data to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate with the R&D manager to lead lab set up and ensure a clean and organized workspace.Requirements

  • Able and eager to learn how to operate equipment and contribute to product development.
  • The ability to operate independently while clearly communicating results to the team.
  • A self-starting attitude with a love for executing on ideas and moving quickly.
