Are you a skilled Physician Assistant with a passion for orthopedics? We are seeking experienced PAs to join our dynamic, expanding team of orthopedic specialists. In this role, you'll work across our Clifton and Englewood locations, collaborating with some of the best in the field in both clinical and surgical settings.

What You'll Do:

Patient Care & Evaluation: Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including interpreting diagnostic imaging (MRIs, X-rays, CT scans) and developing personalized treatment plans.

Travel Between Locations: Split your time between our Clifton and Englewood offices to provide continuity of care for our patients.

Surgical Assistance: Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room and help manage pre- and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery.

Patient & Family Education: Clearly explain diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options to patients and their families.

Collaborative Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and pain management providers to ensure comprehensive care.

What You Bring:

Licensing & Experience: Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in New Jersey with proven experience in orthopedics.

Diagnostic Expertise: Strong proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging and developing effective treatment plans.

Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to multitask, communicate clearly with patients and team members, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

$1,250 after successfully completing 30 days of employment
