About the Role: CHANEL is looking for a n E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to join our US digital t eam in New York City. The ideal candidate will play a leading role in optimizing the client experience on Chanel.com, identifying key merchandising strategies to increase site engagement & conversion. This site merchandising role will function within the pillar of Merchandising & Personalization and is a key partner for Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) marketing & account planning . This Specialist will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a passion for site merchandising, eCommerce digital strategic planning , data-driven insights, and collaboration to drive results. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Lead on-going site merchandising updates & SKU activations in content management systems to successfully support campaigns and sales objectives Partner with Global F&B Digital on globally contributed page content with planning alignment and thorough quality assurance testing to support new products, campaigns, and seasonality Analyze on-site search behavior to optimize search terms, monitor trends, and provide enhancement recommendations Partner with digital business analyst and demand planning team to identify business opportunities and align on inventory statuses Conduct competitive analysis to gain insight & provide takeaways for mood boards and future F&B digital initiatives You are energized b y: Working in a highly collaborative , very fast-paced environment Creative thinking to drive new tests & solutions E-Commerce digital marketing, personalization and information gathering to produce results Connecting the dots on problems, bring a key eye for details and critical thinking New campaigns, products, sequencing and making contributions to the .com landscape Analytics and using logic and data to drive decisions What you will bring to the team : Strong analytical ability, with natural inclination to question results & identify sol utions Vocal POV, eagerness to collaborate & prioritize the needs of the digital business Curiosity and passionWonderful ability to forge key stake holder relationshipsStrategic & proactive thinker / planner, strong problem-solving skills Excellent project management ability with effective organization practicesHighly collaborative and flexible/adaptable to different environments and ways of working Strong attention to detail Experience in digital merchandising tools (ex: CMS, Google Analytics 4 , Salesforce) Google Analytics experience, must have ability to pull engagement numbers, analyze and report out Strong blend of analytical and creative mindset Position Logistics: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in a digital site experience role Experience in product & content management systems , must have GA4 experience, Salesforce a plus Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the New York City office *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 through $82,500. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks .
