Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Pay Range: $30- $35 per hour

  Duties:
  
  Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing and resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as updating customer information in the database.
  
  To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm and courteous under pressure are also essential. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
