Southeast Asian cooking experience is a plus, but an ability and
desire to learn is required. Responsibilities include managing a
staff, hiring/training, ordering, creating prep lists, expediting,
and maintaining work standards. Requirements: 1+ year of
professional kitchen experience, extensive culinary knowledge, and
