We're a tight knit group looking for a talented line cook who loves being part of a team. Responsibilities include prep, setup, and working in a high energy kitchen. Must have attention to detail, eagerness to learn and grow, and willingness to work within a team. Key skills include maintaining cleanliness, having proper tools, and knowledge of equipment and recipes. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, work nights and weekends, and receive feedback. * Maintain a professional atmosphere for the entire team and venue.
* Keep the back of house clean and organized.
* Ensure the proper tools and equipment are available for efficient production.
* Prepare all menu items on time and according to recipes.
