About the Role:Kanopi is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts, and breads according to the recipes and specifications of our Executive Pastry Chef.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss menu planning and production schedules.
  • Work in a clean and organized manner, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience.
    • Able to work calmly under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
