Ai Fiori, a highly-acclaimed Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning restaurant, is seeking a skilled Restaurant Dining Room Manager to oversee the breakfast and lunch team. As part of Altamarea Group, a global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide, Ai Fiori offers a unique opportunity to work with high-quality Italian cuisine and wine/spirits.Responsibilities:

• Train and Develop Staff: Motivate and train all staff, with a focus on the Front Door team, to deliver exceptional service.
• Shift Supervision: Organize, supervise, and execute shifts during breakfast and lunch, including scheduling and staff management.
• Service Standards: Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld during breakfast and lunch shifts, delivering superior service and optimizing client dining experiences.
• Team Briefings: Coordinate daily team briefings on menu changes, service standards, and team acknowledgments.
• Cleanliness and Setup: Monitor cleanliness and setup within the restaurant, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.Essential Duties:
  • Restaurant Technology: Adept with all restaurant technology, including reservation management, POS, purchasing, and labor-management systems.
  • Business Growth: Demonstrate creativity and a commitment to driving business growth while improving quality and guest retention.
  • Customer Service: Perform a high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction, exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties, including inventory and purchasing.Qualifications:
    • Communication Skills: Effective, respectful, and clear communication skills to staff members, management, and guests.
    • Service Experience: Strong background in fine dining, ideally Michelin-level service, with experience as a Maitre'd and/or knowledge of service standards.
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and support restaurant staff, demonstrating leadership skills and integrity.What We Offer:
