As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in bringing our menu to life, working closely with our culinary team to ensure every dish meets our high standards.Your Responsibilities

• Develop a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation methods used on our menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring station mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and stocked throughout service.
• Participate in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, taking direction from expediters and culinary leaders while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor.
• Promote teamwork and excellence among the kitchen team, supporting a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Continuously refine techniques and seek opportunities for growth and development.What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant or similar environment.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.What We Offer
