A company is looking for a Director, HRBP - Global Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with
business objectives
Lead talent management activities and address talent gaps within
the organization
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and
measure HR initiatives' effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development,
and change management
Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities
High integrity and ethical standards
