Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Systems Security Officer
(ISSO) to support the National Institutes of Health's A&A
program remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce information systems security plans
and policies in accordance with NIST 800-53 and FISMA
requirements
Engage with federal stakeholders to assist with ATO package
development and ensure compliance of policies
Maintain operational security posture and recommend improvements
for information security systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, or a related discipline
5 years of ISSO experience
CompTIA Security+ certification
Understanding of FedRAMP and cloud technologies, preferably AWS
Demonstrated experience in large Federal agencies, preferably in
HHS
