Administrator, the role is whole encompassing which revolves around
systems functionality, systems implementation, systems integration,
domain connectivity, system improvement, maintain IT security, and
keeping systems up and running with minimal downtime. Please Note:
This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/remote role.
This role is required to be in the Cortlandt St. office, NYC 3 days
per week. The Contributions You'll Make: ** This position is
designated 1/2 Help Desk and 1/2 LAN Administrative Support.
- Competent in Microsoft various server services eg. Active
Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs
- Active Directory Roles, Print server etc.
- Competent in all Microsoft Window OS, eg. Microsoft Win 10 Win
Server 2019 and Microsoft Hyper-V, WDS imaging.
- Good understanding of Vmware 6.5/7.0.
- Competent in Microsoft Office 365/Azure.
- Administering security tools, e.g. Putty, FTP, Antivirus.
Robocopy etc etc.
- Deploying patches, system related software, updates to server,
PC's and other network devices using in house ManageEngine, Desktop
Central applications.
- Ability to manage workflow, and follow up on all helpdesk
related issues thru our ticketing system.
- Ability to ensure system hardware and software compatibility,
to have it perform according to Image and systems
specification.
- Ability to work and verbally communicate with people.
- Competent with at least one of the various types of enterprise
antivirus solution.
- Competent with at least one of the various types of enterprise
backup solutions, restore from backup which includes shadow
copy.
- Troubleshoot/resolve system issues including but not limited to
network and application configuration, infrastructure, or database
issues, interface issues, and batch program issues.
- Implement Systems related work following complete life
cycle-communicating with Teams and vendors.
- Recommend, evaluate, and troubleshoot hardware, software and
license related issues.
- Monitor System and, evaluate current systems for performance
and latency concerns.
- Troubleshoot system, which includes server, applications, PC's
and other network related equipment.
- Document processes, application instructions and other IT
related topics.
- Scripting in order to automate task.
- Manage access to network resources and services. Minimum
Knowledge & Experience:
- Windows 2019 server administration including Active Directory,
DNS, DHCP, GPO and PowerShell
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Manage Engine Desktop Central and Service Desk
- Synology NAS
- Cisco switches, Ivanti Pulse Secure and ForcePoint Next Gen
Firewall, Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Linux OS is a plus.
- SolarWinds ARM, Orion and Network Performance Monitor is a plus

range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in
the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers
incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales

reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
