Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior VoIP Engineer to design,
deploy, and maintain high-load telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and deployment of VoIP telephony systems and
manage solutions within VDI environments
Act as the owner of telephony implementation or migration projects
while mentoring a team of engineers
Ensure compliance with TRA requirements and manage international
call routing
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in VoIP engineering within
multinational companies
Proven experience with telephony in VDI environments, preferably
with Citrix
Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms and required
certification
In-depth understanding of TRA requirements in the MENA region
Experience managing international calls and associated regulatory
considerations
