DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in New York, New York. The role involves leading a local team in the technology industry, providing efficient IT services, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency, performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities:--- Developing and architecting technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, performance, cost-effectiveness, and security throughout the technology adoption and implementation process.--- Creating and presenting technical content to facilitate collaboration with both internal and external teams, enabling activities such as architecture reviews, technical workshops, and demonstrations.--- Supervising a local team, ensuring the delivery of all aspects of IT services aligns with industry standards and values.--- Troubleshooting complex desktop, network, and application problems, providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.--- Diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults, including parts replacement when necessary, to maintain system functionality.--- Managing and monitoring infrastructure, whether directly or via third-party services, to ensure system stability and efficiency.--- Enforcing adherence to IT Cyber Security policies to safeguard company and customer information.--- Identifying and escalating problems such as security threats and trending issues to prevent potential disruptions or breaches. --- Utilizing skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.Requirements--- Candidate must possess proficiency in Cisco Technologies --- Experience with Cloud Technologies is required --- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a must --- Candidate must have experience with Database Management --- Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary --- Active Directory management skills are needed --- Auditing experience is required --- Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential --- Candidate should have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware --- Configuration Management skills are needed.Job typePerm
