Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to lead
globally distributed engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile transformation and facilitate Scrum of Scrums
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous
improvement
Optimize Agile processes and remove impediments across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
Over 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master
with distributed teams
Proven track record of leading Agile transformations
Certified Agile Coach or equivalent Agile certifications
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and
SAFe
