Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead and scale their software engineering division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage software engineering teams, setting goals and
fostering collaboration
Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and
high-quality product delivery
Mentor engineering talent and promote continuous learning within
the team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced
degree preferred
5+ years of experience building and leading software engineering
teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
Expertise in PHP, React, and Python
Experience in Agile project management, specifically using
Scrum
Previous experience working with fully remote teams
