Job Description:
A company is looking for an IELTS Program Developer responsible
for designing and optimizing preparatory programs for the IELTS
exam.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop IELTS preparatory courses, including curriculum
and assessment tools
Ensure alignment with the IELTS exam structure across all
components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Continuously review and update the program based on student
performance and feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Applied Linguistics, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience in developing IELTS or other standardized test
preparation programs
Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam structure and language
acquisition principles
Excellent instructional design and curriculum development
skills
Strong project management and collaboration abilities
