The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys specializing in personal injury cases. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities:1. Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.2. Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support case strategy and preparation.3. Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers to gather information and provide updates on case progress.5. Investigation Support: Assist in conducting factual investigations, including gathering evidence, obtaining medical records, and coordinating expert evaluations.6. Trial Preparation: Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness files for court proceedings.7. Court Filings: File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies in a timely manner, adhering to all procedural requirements.8. Billing and Timekeeping: Record billable hours accurately and prepare invoices for clients.9. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining case files, and managing correspondence.10.
