• Advise clients on commercial bank loans, alternative lender loans, and institutional term loans.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for financing transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.Requirements:
• 2 to 8 years of experience in finance law.
• Proven experience in representing lenders or corporate borrowers.
• Strong understanding of commercial financing structures.Education:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:
• Admission to the bar in New York.Skills:
