Job Title: Senior Corporate ParalegalDuration: 06 - 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr on w2
As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a long-term (year+) review and remediation of corporate records for over 50 entities, including broker-dealer entities. You will serve as the Project Manager for the paralegal team, coordinating with lead remediation attorneys, legal entity attorneys, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide overflow support to the paralegal team, ensuring smooth management of corporate entities.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate record maintenance for over 50 entities, including broker-dealer entities.
• Serve as Project Manager for the paralegal team, overseeing the year+ review and remediation process of corporate records.
• Collaborate closely with lead remediation attorneys and legal entity attorneys.
• Provide interim support in the day-to-day management of corporate entities and assist in coordinating legal processes.
  Qualification:
  • College degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services as a corporate paralegal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience with iManage is a plus.
