Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to identify
and engage top-tier talent for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates
and develop creative sourcing strategies
Engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships to ensure
a positive candidate experience
Track and manage candidate information using an applicant tracking
system and analyze sourcing metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role
in the technology or data storage industry
Minimum of 3 years of engineering recruitment experience
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including
LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology
environment
