• Salary: $120K-$150K Responsibilities:
• Patient assessments and treatment: Assess and diagnose patients, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order tests, and perform procedures as allowed by their scope of practice.
• Care coordination and education: Coordinate patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education on conditions and treatments, and promote self-management strategies.
• Preventive care and health promotion: Focus on preventive care, perform routine screenings, offer immunizations, provide counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, and emphasize disease prevention. Qualifications:
• Active NJ license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
