Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent and Performance Partner to
design and manage talent programs that enhance workforce strategy
and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to build and sustain a high-performance
culture focused on customer needs
Lead program management for leadership development offerings and
coaching services
Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and ensure a
clear view of the talent landscape
Required Qualifications
Successful track record in talent management, preferably in the
tech industry
Experience as a Workday system user, with knowledge of
configuration and implementation
Change management experience with a background in developing and
implementing initiatives
Strong project management skills, including planning and budget
adherence
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide
regular updates
