Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Support Associate
(Salesforce) to assist their sales team and manage Salesforce
cases.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by solving Salesforce cases and meeting
monthly SLAs
Identify opportunities for efficiencies within systems and
processes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce contact rates
and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce or a similar
enterprise-level application
Experience supporting stakeholders in a large-scale sales or
service organization (50 - 200 users)
Experience managing a ticketing system with high-volume and
diversity of requests (1,000/month)
Interest in learning about Salesforce and best-in-class sales
applications
Desire to expand skill-set to manage projects and system
changes
