Job Description:
Join our team at Centurion New York, a fine-dining space with
high-end service, located across from Grand Central Terminal. We
seek a Tournant with passion for hospitality, 3+ years kitchen
experience, and the ability to work all kitchen stations, read
recipes, and maintain health and food quality standards. Key
responsibilities include working multiple stations, training
employees, and maintaining kitchen standards. The position requires
full availability, a drug screening, and a reference check.
