Program Leader of Learning Practice will be responsible for
managing end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of programs
within Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) capabilities for
all J&J employees including setting the design strategy,
learning objectives, measurement strategy, operational
requirements, financial management & delivery against critical
milestones. Responsible for managing day-to-day program operations
and monitoring and evaluating programs to ensure the business needs
and requirements are being met. Provides modern learning solution
design expertise and applies adult learning and instructional
design principles. Understands the breadth of business tools,
resources, and day-to-day business operations of learners to help
design an experience that embeds learning in the flow of work. Has
the ability to collaborate effectively with mid-to-high level
function/op-co stakeholders, and subject matter
