Job Description Please Note this position supports our 3rd
Shift. You will be paid a 15% Pay Premium while working the 3rd
Shift. Hours are 2:00 am to 11:30 amBecause of the need for
consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to
perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role,
it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be
conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the

Systems.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this
specific position requires US citizenship.Applies a variety of
standard and experimental finishes to both production and prototype
machined parts in conformance with military specifications. Ensures
proper surface masking and preparations, mixing epoxies and
solvents to appropriate ratios by weight, volume or viscosity,
incorporating a knowledge of scales, micrometers and weights and
how substances interact. Prepares the surfaces of parts,
assemblies, and finished products by cleaning, stripping, abrading,
sanding, masking and stenciling. Selects and mixes finishing
materials: coats and /or touches up product with such materials as
urethane, paint, acrylic, varnish, enamel. Apply RTV, potting,
staking in according to drawing/work plan. May monitor and verify
quality in accordance with statistical process control and
procedures. Works from blueprints and process sheets to develop
finishing processes, applications and techniques where thickness
tolerances are critical.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED and 2 Years ExperienceExperience working
in a Coating Area - Cleaning, Prepping, Masking, Spraying.Ability
to Measure/Mix epoxiesUse Micrometer to Measure coating
thicknessPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59520 - $95280Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
