MedTech Supply Chain End-to-End Process Integration Design Lead.

be a part of the MedTech Supply chain Digital Transformation
organization, a transformation office aiming at modernizing our
end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our
disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MT ERP systems,
standardizing our core business processes and products across Plan,
Source, Make, Quality, Deliver streams.In this role, the incumbent
will be accountable for leading the process and capability design
integration across SC functions in order that solutions support end
to end business processes and requirements, while maintaining the
integrity and reliability of ERP global template. The leader will
own the end-to-end business process design and integration as well
as strive to enable and standardize core business capabilities,
products e.g. Intercompany Logistics Automation (ILA), and
functional integration points to meet critical business process
needs across the functional areas. This will be enabled by
partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep
understanding of as-is business needs/capabilities, benchmarking,
continuous improvement, consistent process flow documentation, and
product deployment through the various programs. This individual
must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business
expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively
interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process
